Terms and Conditions of Sale
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase goods from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Contract of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. The description of the goods and prices (which already includes VAT and delivery costs) are set out on the order page. The advertising of products and services on this site is an invitation to trade. That means your order is an offer and no contract of sale is formed between you and Agora Jewellery until you receive the confirmation of order email. Please keep your confirmation of order e-mail for your records. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods and delivery costs specified on the order page and we shall charge your account for payment. Orders shall be accepted once payment is taken from your credit card/debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 or over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
Please see our delivery page for information on timings. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you are accurate.
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returned goods must be unused. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are defective or faulty. Regrettably, items engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the goods are received in perfect conditions.
Upon receipt of items, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our staff will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
All Gift Cards are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Cards.

To securely receive your payments over the internet we use payment service provider PayPal who process transactions on behalf of Agora Jewellery. All transaction information passed between our site and Sage Pays systems is encrypted using 128-Bit SSL certificates. You can be completely assured nothing you pass to PayPal servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
