Shipping, Handling and Delivery

We will despatch your order within 24 hours, provided the item is in stock. Please note we ship from the UK so international (non-UK) orders will take approx 10 days for receipt. The Checkout transaction software via PayPal will automatically calculate shipping costs based on criteria you specify.

Making returns

Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.

Returned goods must be unused. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are defective or faulty. Regrettably, items engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the goods are received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our staff will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where this option exists. In the event the Product is sold out with no plans for replenishment we will advise you and arrange for an immediate refund. In either event you will always be contacted with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait.
